United States Coast Guard Auxiliary

Coast Guard Auxiliary  membership is open to Citizens of the US and its Territories aged 17 years or older.  Individuals with special training, such as EMT's and Firefighters are encouraged to join.  Ownership of a Facility such as a Boat or personal watercraft, Radio or Aircraft is sought but not mandatory.  Membership is also open to active duty, or former members of any of the uniformed services or reserves.
